1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (“Promotion”) is open to Members who earn the Required Tier Credits during each Promotional Day.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in this Promotion, a Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”). In addition, as it relates to the Promotion, Member agrees to accept the decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding.

3. DEFINITIONS:

Capitalized terms used herein shall be defined as follows:

“Earning Period” shall mean 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on a Promotional Day.

“Kiosk Redemption Period” shall mean between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the applicable Promotional Day.

“Maximum Prizes” shall mean a total of four (4) entries on each Promotional Day.

“Members” shall mean Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards program terms and conditions (each, a “Member”).

“Mystery Card Prize” shall mean between $50.00 to $250.00 in FREECREDIT (“free slot play”) or free table play (in the form of promotional chips) (collectively, “free play”) or between $500.00 and $10,000.00 in cash.

“Prize” shall mean between $10.00 to $250.00 in free slot play or a Mystery Card Prize, determined randomly.

“Promotional Day” shall mean Mondays, November 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2024.

“Redemption Period” shall mean between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the applicable Promotional Day.

“Required Tier Credits” shall mean fifty (50) tier credits per entry.

4. REDEMPTION: Members who earn the Required Tier Credits during the applicable Earning Period must close their slot or table session during the Earning Period by removing their Wynn Rewards card from the slot machine or by requesting a table games supervisor to close their session. Following the closure of the session, the Member must visit a promotional kiosk during the Kiosk Redemption Period and then visit the Promotions Rooms during the Redemption Period to receive a Prize. Members who receive a Mystery Card Prize must reveal it in the presence of an Encore Boston Harbor employee to be valid.

5. FREE PLAY EXPIRATION: Free slot play valued at less than $100.00 expires within one (1) calendar day of the date and time of issuance. Free slot play valued at $100.00 and above expires within thirty (30) calendar days of the date and time of issuance. Free table play kiosk vouchers and cash prize redemption forms must be redeemed by Member at the Main Cashier by 11:59 p.m. on the date of issuance.

6. MAXIMUM ENTRIES: Members are eligible to participate in this Promotion up to the Maximum Entries.

7. PRIZES: No substitution or transfer of Prizes is permitted. All Prizes are awarded in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion. Members shall be solely responsible for any and all Prize-related expenses and fees including, without limitation, any and all federal, state and/or local taxes (including sales tax), and winners shall be responsible, where applicable, to complete and execute an IRS Form 1099 and release and waiver liability form in order to receive any Prize.

8. MEDIA CONSENT: By participating in this Promotion, a Member hereby grants Encore Boston Harbor the right to use their name, photograph, biographical information, statements and address for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media.

9. TERMS: Encore Boston Harbor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion at any time.

10. LIABILITIES: By participating in this Promotion, a Member agrees to release and hold harmless Wynn MA, LLC and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.

3. HOW TO CLAIM A GIFT: During the applicable Promotional Day, Eligible Members must visit a promotional kiosk to select a Gift, subject to availability. Once a gift is selected, Eligible Members will receive a voucher to redeem at the applicable Gift Pick-Up Location; provided that FREECREDIT (“free slot play”) will be automatically loaded to the Member’s account and free table play (in the form of promotional chips) (collectively, “free play”) can be redeemed at the Main Cashier. All Gifts must be redeemed during the applicable Promotional Day. Gifts are available on a first come, first served basis. 1. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to invited Wynn Rewards members (each, a “Member”). Members may be invited via an email invitation prior to the Promotional Day or may be invited in-person on the Promotional Day, in Encore Boston Harbor’s sole discretion.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in this Promotion, Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”) and agrees that they are subject to and in compliance with all Wynn Rewards Program terms and conditions. In addition, Member agrees to accept the decisions of Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as they relate to the Promotion.

“Promotional Day” shall mean Tuesday, November 19, 2024.

“Promotional Period” shall mean from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the Promotional Day.

1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to invited Wynn Rewards members who are in compliance with all Wynn Rewards Program terms and conditions as designated by Encore Boston Harbor in accordance with these Rules (defined below) (each, a “Member”).

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in this Promotion, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”) and agrees that they are subject to and in compliance with all Wynn Rewards Program terms and conditions. In addition, the Member agrees to accept the decisions made by Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as it relates to the Promotion.

3. DEFINITIONS:

“Drawing Day” shall mean December 31, 2024.

“Drawing Ticket” shall mean one (1) or two (2) drawing entry(ies) provided to a Member as part of their personal New Year’s Eve Welcome Party Packet.

“Early Drawing Prize” shall mean (i) one (1) Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandouliere and Horizon Rolling Luggage Set ((two) 2 pieces), (ii) one (1) Cartier Watch Set (two (2) watches in total), or (iii) one (1) bottle of Louis XIII Black Pearl Cognac.

4. REGISTRATION: To be eligible for the drawing, Members must complete their Drawing Ticket in its entirety with the Member’s information and drop the completed Drawing Ticket into the appropriate drawing drum by the relevant Registration Deadline.

5. $175,000 Double Grand Finale Slot Tournament Rules
December 7, 2024

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Tournament is open to Members. No substitution of or support of a Member by another Member or any guest is permitted during the Tournament. If another Member or guest touches the machine that is in play by a Member during the Tournament, the playing Member will be disqualified.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the Tournament, the Member agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Rules”) and agrees that they are subject to and in compliance with all Wynn Rewards Program terms and conditions. In addition, the Member agrees to accept the decisions of Encore Boston Harbor as final and binding as they relate to the Tournament.

3. DEFINITIONS:

“Member” shall mean invited Wynn Rewards members who register for the Tournament during the Registration Session.

“Prize” shall mean between $5,000.00 and $40,000.00 in FREECREDIT (“free slot play”) as indicated in the chart below.

“Registration Session” shall mean Saturday, December 7, 2024 beginning at 3:00 p.m. in room 2601.

4. REGISTRATION: During the Registration Session, beginning at 3:30 p.m., Members will select their session and slot machine by randomly drawing the session and slot machine number from a bag. The order of the drawing shall be determined by the Member’s placement in the September 14, 2024, $120,000 Vegas Qualifier Slot Tournament. Members who fail to participate in the random drawing by 4:40 p.m. shall have their session and slot machine numbers drawn by an Encore Boston Harbor team member. Members that arrive at the Registration Session after the initial 3:30 drawing, but before 4:40 p.m. shall draw their drawing session and slot machine numbers on a first come, first serve basis.

5. PRIZES: Each Member is eligible for a maximum of one (1) prize per Tournament. In the event of a tie, the Prize will be split among the tying Members provided however, that in no event shall a Member receive a Prize of less than $5,000.00 in free play. Free slot play will be manually loaded to a winner’s Wynn Rewards account. Members who choose not to participate in the Tournament shall receive $5,000.00 in free play which shall be manually loaded to their account.

6. TOURNAMENT PLAY. Members shall participate in either Session 1 or Session 2, as determined by their random selection at the Registration Session. Each session shall consist of three (3) rounds of two (2) minutes each, with two (2) minutes in between each round. At the end of the third (3rd) round, the lowest score will be dropped and the top two (2) highest scores will be combined. This will be considered the Member’s score. Scores will be manually recorded by an Encore Boston Harbor employee and such Member shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of their recorded score.

Free slot play valued at $10,000 or above is valid for ninety (90) days after the date and time of issuance.
